By setting a number of smaller stages to achieve your ultimate goal, it allows you to not only feel the sense of achievement that will drive you forward but also help you along your way as you climb the rungs. This could easily be applied to weight loss, giving up smoking or even making a big change in your life.
Finally ALWAYS write down your plan ladder, there is something about the human mind that if we make it “concrete” then there is a higher chance that we will follow it. When we set a plan in the mind, we will always be too happy to deviate or even neglect it. So write down your plan ladder and put it somewhere you can see it everyday.
